We will have the delivery of your flower order same day if placed with us by 11am from Monday through to Friday. Saturday flower deliveries must be placed on Friday. To all business addresses we will deliver before 5pm. Any orders that are unable to be delivered on the same day as received will be delivered on the next working day. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order.
If we identify that we have been given an incorrect address we will attempt to contact the recipient to clarify the correct address. We will then contact the customer to discuss re-delivery. Any further costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to re-delivery.

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location with a text message photo if a mobile phone number has been provided or reception area (at courier discretion). If the courier is unable to leave the order for any reason (eg. deemed unsafe), we will phone the recipient to make alternative arrangements. Any further costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to redelivery.

Delivery items with alcohol are subject to Queensland liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions apply.
Cancellations can be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the delivery date and we will provide a full refund.
